Hi I'm Jean-Claude (JC)
I'm extremely passionate about human movement, sports performance and rehabilitation through manual manipulation and exercise. I'm driven to educate and help others make their body move more efficiently, effectively and without the presence of pain.
As an individual I have competed in multiple sporting competitions. Being tennis, soccer, athletics and triathlon, always striving to achieve my best. I have, however, found myself on the treatment table more times than I'd like. As a result, learning the importance of injury prevention, manual therapy and education. Through my own injuries I have gained an understanding of how to manage niggles and setbacks, sparking my drive and passion to be a healthcare professional helping others in the same boat.
I have completed a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from ACU and a Bachelor of Exercise Management from UTS. Additionally, I have completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage.
Through my years as a healthcare professional I have been immersed in multiple organisations and attained the knowledge of many chronic diseases and injuries. I have a deep understanding and passion for musculoskeletal anatomy and rehabilitation and am most passionate about seeing someone continually progress and work towards achieving their desired goals.
I have also been invited as a massage therapist to treat at multiple elite international sporting competitions for both teams and individuals. This includes:
ATP Cup
WTA Sydney International
A-League
Cycling World championship
My aim as a healthcare provider is to educate and provide my community with the knowledge to establish good foundations, move better and feel better. Helping those get back to the things they love doing most and without PAIN.
